Mother Terasa organises a seminar on Taking cognizance of an offence by Magistrates / Judges - Limitations / Exceptions led by Mr. K. Dravianathan Advocate, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
The students actively participated in the lecture and gathered ample of knowledge from the seminar.

Have secured the first place at the state-level Tamil Moot Court competition held at Vels University, Chennai. Competing against teams from 22 other law colleges, they delivered an outstanding performance to reach the finals and successfully argued their case before a bench presided over by the Honorable Justice of the Madras High Court, Mrs. K. Govindarajan Thilakavathi.
We extend our congratulations to the winning students and to the professors of the Moot Court Committee who trained them.

Mugil College of Law, Kanyakumari organised a Tamil Moot Court Competition from 12.02.2026 to 14.02.2026. Our Mother Terasa Law College students Ms. K. Leena Sri, Ms. C Pandimadhevi and Ms. N Sugamathi of III Year B.A. LL.B. participated in the Competition.

Ms. K LEENA SRI won 1st place for best female speaker. She received trophy, certificate along with a cash prize of Rs. 5000. Our Mother Terasa Group of Institutions Chairman for this remarkable achievement appreciated the students and motivated the students to achieve more and also appreciated the Moot Coordinators Ms. B. Monica and Ms. S Madhumitha Assistant Professor's of Law, Mother Terasa Law College.

Mother Terasa Law College  organised a special lecture on AN OVERVIEW OF THE POSH ACT, 2013. The lecture was delivered by Tmt. C. KARTHIKA Special District Judge (MCOP Cases), Tiruchirappalli. It was an informative lecture enlightening the vision of the students in the field of Law. The students interacted with the Judge and many clarifications about the Act was given. It was totally a intellectual session.

   Mother Terasa Law College, Pudukkottai celebrates Christmas Day filled with happiness. Santa Clause played a pivotal role and it was followed by a cake cutting sharing the happiness among the students. 

புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டம், இலுப்பூர், மேட்டுச்சாலையில் அமைந்துள்ள மதர்தெரசா சட்டக் கல்லூரியில் 20.12.2025 அன்று தமிழ்நாடு டாக்டர் அம்பேத்கர் சட்டப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் கீழ் இயங்கும் அரசு மற்றும் தனியார் சட்டக் கல்லூரிகளுக்கிடையேயான ஆண்கள் பிரிவினருக்கான கூடைப் பந்தாட்டம் & பூப்பந்தாட்ட விளையாட்டு போட்டிகள் நடைபெற்றது.
போட்டி நிகழ்வுகளுக்கு கல்வி நிறுவனங்களின் நிறுவனர் திரு.ஆர். சின்னத்தம்பி அவர்கள் தலைமை தாங்கினார். மதர்தெரசா கல்வி நிறுவனங்களின் தாளாளர் திரு. இரா.சி. உதயகுமார் அவர்கள் முன்னிலை வகித்தார்.

இதில் தமிழகத்தில்  உள்ள 11 சட்டக் கல்லூரியில் இருந்து மாணவர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு விளையாடினர். விளையாட்டு போட்டிகளை திருச்சி  மாண்புமிகு சிறப்பு மாவட்ட நீதிபதி திருமதி.சி.கார்த்திகா அவர்கள் தொடங்கி வைத்து மாணவர்களுக்கு வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்து சிறப்புரை வழங்கினார்.

சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக முன்னால் சுகாதார மற்றும் மக்கள் நல்வாழ்வு துறை அமைச்சரும், விராலிமலை சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினருமான திரு.சி.விஜயபாஸ்கர் அவர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு பங்கேற்ற மற்றும் வெற்றிபெற்ற மாணவர்களுக்கு வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்தார்.

போட்டிகளின் முடிவில் ஆண்கள் பிரிவினருக்கான கூடைப் பந்தாட்ட போட்டியில் முதல் இடத்தை சென்னை சீர்மிகு சட்டப் பள்ளியும், இரண்டாம் இடத்தை சேலம் சென்ட்ரல் சட்டக் கல்லூரியும் வென்றன. ஆண்கள் பிரிவினருக்கான பூப்பந்தாட்ட போட்டியில் முதல் இடத்தை விழுப்புரம் அரசு சட்டக் கல்லூரியும், இரண்டாம் இடத்தை மதுரை அரசு சட்டக் கல்லூரியும் வென்றன.

பின்னர் பரிசளிப்பு விழாவில் மணப்பாறை மாண்புமிகு சார்பு நீதிபதி திரு.எஸ். ராஜசேகர் அவர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு, வெற்றி பெற்ற மாணவர்களுக்கு வெற்றி கோப்பைகளையும், சான்றிதழ்களையும் வழங்கி வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்து சிறப்புரை வழங்கினார்.

மேலும் நிறைவு விழாவில் முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் திரு.சி.விஜயபாஸ்கர், தாளாளர் திரு. இரா.சி. உதயகுமார், பதிவாளர் திரு.எம். தினேஷ்குமார் ஆகியோர் மாணவர்களுக்கு வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்து பேசினர். மதர்தெரசா சட்டக் கல்லூரி முதல்வர் திரு.எஸ். மனோகரன் அவர்கள் நன்றியுரை வழங்கினார்.

விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகளை மதர்தெரசா கல்வி நிறுவனத்தின் உடற்கல்வி இயக்குனர் திரு.பி.மகேந்திரன் உடற்கல்வி உதவி இயக்குனர் திரு.எஸ். சண்முகம் மற்றும் உடற்கல்வி உதவி இயக்குனர்கள் ஆகியோர் ஒருங்கிணைத்தனர்.

விழாவிற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை சட்டக் கல்லூரி துணை முதல்வர்  என்.எம்.நவ்ஷாத் அலி, உதவிப்பேராசிரியர்கள் ஏ.அபுதாஹிர், எஸ். சுபாஷினி மற்றும் உதவி பேராசிரியர்கள் ஆகியோர் ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தனர்.

துவக்க விழாவிற்கு மதர்தெரசா கல்வி நிறுவனத்தின் நிறுவனர் திரு. டாக்டர் சு. சின்னதம்பி மற்றும் தாளாளர் திரு.இரா.சி. உதயகுமார் ஆகியோர் தலைமை தாங்கினர். தாளாளர் திரு.இரா.சி. உதயகுமார் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர் முன்னாள் அரசு வழக்குரைஞர் டி. கங்கை செல்வன், கல்லூரி முதல்வர் எஸ். மனோகரன் ஆகியோர் குத்து விளக்கு ஏற்றி வகுப்புகளை துவக்கி வைத்தனர். முன்னதாக துவக்க விழாவிற்கு வந்த அனைவரையும் உதவி பேராசிரியர் எஸ். நக்கீரன் வரவேற்றார்.

தாளாளர் திரு.இரா.சி. உதயகுமார் அவர்கள் தலைமையுரை ஆற்றுகையில் மாணவர்கள் நல்முறையில் சட்டக் கல்வியினை பயின்று வருங்காலத்தில் சிறந்த வழக்கறிஞர்களாக திகழ வேண்டும் என்று வாழ்த்தினார். மேலும் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர் அவர்கள் பேசுகையில் சட்டத்துறையில் வழக்கறிஞர்களின் பங்களிப்பு, சட்டம் சார்ந்த பணிகள் மற்றும் மாணவர்களுக்கான ஒழுக்க நெறி ஆகியவற்றை எடுத்துரைத்தார். முதல்வர் எஸ். மனோகரன் அவர்கள் பேசுகையில் சட்டக்கல்வி மற்றும் வழக்கறிஞர் தொழிலின் மகத்துவத்தை மாணவர்களுக்கு எடுத்துக் கூறினார்.

சென்னை SRM சட்டப் பள்ளியில் ஏழாம் ஆண்டு தேசிய அளவிலான தமிழ் வழக்கு வாத போட்டி - 2025 ஆனது அக்டோபர் 23 முதல் 25 ஆம் தேதி வரை நடைபெற்றது. இப்போட்டியில் தமிழ்;நாடு முழுவதுமான 30 சட்டக் கல்லூரிகள் பங்கு பெற்றன. அவற்றில் புதுக்கோட்டை மதர் தெரசா சட்டக் கல்லூரி மாணவ மாணவிகள் K.லீனா ஸ்ரீ, N.சுகமதி மற்றும் P.பிரகாஷ் ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டு திறம்பட போட்டியிட்டு, தங்களது வாதத்திறமையால் மூன்றாம் இடத்தை வென்றுள்ளனர். மேலும் சிறந்த மாணவ வழக்குரைஞர் விருதை மாணவி மு.லீனா ஸ்ரீ பெற்றுள்ளார்.

புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்ட தேசிய போதை பொருள் தடுப்பு பிரிவு சிறப்பு அரசு வழக்கறிஞர் சி. திருமூர்த்தி அவர்கள் மாணவர்களுக்கு உரிமையியல் வழக்கின் நீதிமன்ற நடைமுறை, வழக்கின் படிநிலை, வாதுரைகள் வரைதலில் கையாள வேண்டிய விஷயங்கள், பத்திரங்களை பதிவு செய்தல் மற்றும் சான்றொப்பத்தின் பொறுப்புநிலை ஆகியவை குறித்து சிறப்பு விரிவுரை வழங்கினார். மாணவர்களின் பல்வேறு கேள்விகளுக்கு சிறப்பு விருந்தினர் பதில் வழங்கினார். நிகழ்வில் 200 மாணவ, மாணவிகள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

மதர் தெரசா சட்டக் கல்லூரி மற்றும் விராலிமலை வழக்கறிஞர்கள் சங்கம் இணைந்து நடத்தும் சட்ட விழிப்புணர்வு பேரணி. சட்ட கல்வி பயிற்றுவித்தலின் ஒரு பகுதியாக 03.09.2025 (புதன்கிழமை) காலை 11.00 மணிக்கு விராலிமலை காளை சிலையில் தொடங்கி விராலிமலை முருகன் கோவில் சுற்றி மீண்டும் காளை சிலை வரை சட்ட விழிப்புணர்வு பேரணி நடைபெற்றது. அதில் 200 மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

Our institution celebrated Founder’s Day with great joy and reverence, making it a memorable and inspiring occasion. The celebration was graced by the presence of our Honourable Ex-Minister, Thiru. Vijay Baskar Sir, whose participation added prestige to the event.

சேலம் சென்ட்ரல் சட்டக் கல்லூரியில் பேராசிரியர் தனபாலன் மாநில அளவிலான மூன்றாவது தமிழ் வழக்கு வாத போட்டி - 2025 ஆனது ஜுலை 24 முதல் 26 ஆம் தேதி வரை நடைபெற்றது. இப்போட்டியில் தமிழ்;நாடு முழுவதுமான 21 சட்டக் கல்லூரிகள் பங்கு பெற்றன. அவற்றில் புதுக்கோட்டை மதர்தெரசா சட்டக் கல்லூரி மாணவ மாணவிகள் மு.லீனா ஸ்ரீஇ ஊ.பாண்டிமாதேவி மற்றும் யு.டீ.காந்திவிஜயசேகர் ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டு திறம்பட போட்டியிட்டுஇ தங்களது வாத திறமையால் மாநில அளவில் இரண்டாம் பரிசினை வென்றனர். மேலும் சிறந்த பெண் வாதிடுபவருக்கான விருதை மாணவி மு.லீனா ஸ்ரீ பெற்றுள்ளார். வெற்றி பெற்ற மாணவ மாணவிகளுக்கு மதர்தெரசா கல்வி நிறுவனத்தின் நிறுவனர் சு.சின்னதம்பிஇ தாளாளர் சு.ஊ.உதயகுமார் மற்றும் பதிவாளர் ஆ. தினேஷ்குமார் ஆகியோர் வாழ்த்துகளையும் பாரட்டுகளையும் வழங்கி கௌரவித்தனர்.
